Hijinks Ragdolls is a small cattery located in the Sonoma County wine country. Litters are kept to a minimum to ensure ongoing maximum quality care and health of all. Queens are bred no more than twice each year.

All breeders and kittens are raised underfoot. For obvious reasons, all but the studs have the complete run of the house and from birth, are well socialized. Our seven grandchildren keep everyone acclimated to young children. The breeders as well as the kittens are quite familiar with building blocks, legos, tea parties, and Barbie dolls.

Our goal in breeding is to maintain the affectionate and unusually tolerant nature that defines the Ragdoll, making them an outstanding companion and family addition. Their size is also carefully guarded, and hopefully enhanced. Regular health check-ups, vaccines, and boosters are received by our veterinarian.

All kittens come with a health certificate and one year guarantee against any genetic defect. Unless choosing a kitten to be used for showing or breeding purposes, we encourage all kittens be neutered or spayed between five and seven months of age to protect the Ragdoll breed and for their general health and well-being (see policy on Health Contract and Agreement).
